Sand Volleyball Courts Renovation

If there is grass around the edge of a volleyball court, the edge will need to be lowered every three to five years. The grass tends to collect sand around the edge of the court and form a mounded ridge. Cut sod to remove the ridge, lower the grade, and resod or seed. Remember that this process will remove part of the original sand along with the sod that is hauled away, so consider adding some sand.
